Nature Connected Contemplative Retreat

RETREAT

No experience required

This 4 night/3.5 day Retreat will invite you into even deeper nature connection.

Relax profoundly, Listen Deeply, Leave Inspired.

This is an opportunity to slow down and enjoy the stunning beauty of the wild west coast at an intimate retreat centre.

Enjoy the spaciousness of a contemplative retreat, support of a guided practice and a community to share engaging discussion.

You will spend most of your time outside (when the weather invites) in these gorgeous coastal rainforest and beaches, with guided forest bathing, contemplative sit spots, nature journaling practice and invitational instruction in a cozy forest yurt.

Begin a lifelong practice of nature connected contemplative practices, or simply experience a break from your busy life. Listen to the wisdom around/within you, with the spaciousness to integrate.

Two free evenings to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, check out the extraordinary local restaurants, or wander miles of sandy beaches and go for a dip.

A Nature Connection Practice invites us to slow down to the present moment, listen deeply through our senses, engage through curiosity and playful connection, value contemplative moments and inspires meaningful engagement. It is slow and contemplative.

When we combine the natural benefits of spending time in nature with a simple personal practice that reinforces the neurology of connection, we amplify those benefits for a lifetime, and build resilience in our daily life.
