Though we will meet online every two weeks, we won’t spend all of our time there!. With some background and guidance, we will be learning practices and invitations that we will take outside to our Sitspot, wander with on the trails, and integrate into our lifestyle.

Between our group classes, schedule your 4 personal mentored support calls at your convenience.

Explore how a personal nature connection practice (indoor and outdoor) can support our resilient and resourced state. This is an invitation to slow down, engage with our senses, and recognize what we call a state of embodied connection.

Science understands that spending time in nature can provide us with increased immunity, improve heart rate variability, and other physical benefits, however when we combine this with sensory and mindfulness practices we improve our mental, emotional and perhaps spiritual health as well.
