Bio- Trevor Potter
I have been on a lifelong journey exploring the interplay of science, ecology, spirituality, and the numinous healing and resilient relationships of nature. This has led me to have a strong calling for the ecological and cultural healing of our world.
Delight in the sensuous world of nature and how our more-than-human friends offer us relationship and healing.
Experienced in leading retreats, mindfulness, meditation and contemplative practices, facilitating groups and individuals to practice deep listening.
Academic/Professional credentials: BSc. (Botany), MMin (Spirituality), Shambhala Meditation Training, System Theory Training, Leadership Development, Labyrinth Facilitator, Certified Forest Therapy and Nature Connection Guide
My personal Nature Connection practice brings me balance and resiliency, as well as grounding in a world that feels frenetic and rushed. In the forest, I find my mind slowing down so I feel my body more fully as well as the smells, sights, sounds, tastes, and touches of the earth. I have found some of my deepest integration and healing in nature.
