Pre-requisite- Bodywork training and certification in your field.
This 8mth course begins with a 5 day retreat setting, and continues with clinical support discussions.
Designed for Bodyworkers who understand the powerful healing potential of working with nature and are curious about how they could integrate that intention into their practice.
We begin with our personal nature connection practice for self care and resilience, practice deep listening skills to soften our relationship with our work, and explore all the ways we can partner with nature to deepen both our own and our client’s healing experience.
When our clients have had the opportunity to ground deeply, engage their senses (rather than the thinking mind), feel a deep connection with themselves and the world around them, then the work that you do can go even deeper, invite releases even faster, and leave clients feeling even more resilient.
It is wonderfully satisfying to be in relationship with the work, your client and the world around you in this way. It also leaves us as practitioners in a more resourced state at the end of the day or treatment, so we can continue to serve.
The deep listening skills we develop are a combination of engaging our senses differently and as groups of senses, allowing intuition and other ways of knowing to have voice, being resonate with the grounded embodied state, and inviting a greater field of co-regulation. We begin to learn and explore these skills with plants, animals etc before we can engage with the beings on our treatment tables.
